PRODUCT SALES AND AVAILABILITY. All of the products described by the Company are produced by these companies. All prices displayed on the site are quoted in U.S. Dollars. The Company reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications on products and services offered on this site without incurring any obligations.
REFUNDS. The Company guarantees products for 365 days from purchase. Electronic downloadable products are fully refundable. Printed books are refundable only if returned in original and re-saleable condition. Printed book refunds do not include the original shipping and handling charge or return shipping expenses. Refunds due to lost packages will not include shipping and handling charges.
LOST PACKAGES. The Company will send your package tracking number by E-mail. Please use this to track your package. If you do not receive your package, please contact us by clicking here. We will either find were the package is or send a replacement for the lost package.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. We charge a fee of $20.00 to re-ship each and every package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information you provide us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is lost or returned to us, you will be charged $20.00 (USA) or $35.00 for international shipments to have the package(s) re-shipped.
The Company is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package. If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply. PLEASE TAKE CARE TO INCLUDE YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.
RETURN POLICIES AND CANCELLATIONS. If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to Email support here. We will make every attempt to stop your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return (or refuse) the package (see return policy listed below). Any order that is cancelled after it leaves our facility will be considered a return, and all return policies listed apply.
The Company guarantees products for 365 days from the date of purchase. Printed books are refundable only if returned in original and re-saleable condition.
