Helping People Break Free From Chronic MRSA and Staph Infections—Naturally

Michelle and Les Moore — Helping Thousands Break the Cycle of Staph and MRSA Through Natural, Science-Backed Solutions
We’re Michelle and Les Moore — former pharmaceutical scientists turned natural health educators.
After Michelle spent four difficult years battling antibiotic-resistant Staph infections, we used our science backgrounds to uncover natural, research-based solutions that finally worked.
Now, we share what we’ve learned to help others heal and take back their health.
Learn more about Michelle’s background in microbiology, her battle with recurring Staph, and why she created this site here.

My 4-Year Battle With Staph Infections That Wouldn’t Go Away
My interest in MRSA started when I was still working in the pharmaceutical industry as a microbiologist. For years, I researched bacteria like Staphylococcus aureus in the lab and taught drug companies how to meet FDA safety standards.
But despite all my training and experience, I wasn’t prepared for what happened to me.
From 1997 to 2001, I struggled with recurring, antibiotic-resistant Staph infections. I took round after round of antibiotics — just like my doctor told me to. But the infections kept coming back. Worse, the antibiotics wrecked my digestion and weakened my immune system.
I got sick easily. I missed work. And I felt stuck in a cycle of drugs and relapse that no one seemed able to explain — or stop.
That’s when I began searching for answers outside the traditional medical system. What I discovered changed everything… not just for me, but for my husband Les too.
How Les Joined the Journey
Les is a chemist and spent years researching pharmaceutical drugs. At the time, he was also relying on medications to manage pain and inflammation. But once he saw the changes I was experiencing — and the science behind them — he started making changes too.
Together, we transitioned from pharmaceutical dependency to a more natural, root-cause approach to healing. Learn more about Les’s journey here

We were honored to be interviewed by Dr. Judi Gerstung, D.C. on her popular holistic health radio show on KRFC 88.9 FM. The conversation focused on the rise of MRSA and natural recovery alternatives. You can listen to an excerpt on our interview page here.
Why We Started Embrace Health
In 2002, after finally breaking free from my own infection cycle, Les and I felt called to share what we had learned with others who were still struggling. What began as a small side project turned into our life’s work.
By 2007, we officially founded Embrace Health, Inc. to publish our research and protocols — and to help people regain their health using natural, science-based solutions.
Since then, our resources have reached over 75,000 people in 58 countries, and we continue to hear from people around the world who are finally getting their life back.

Our Ongoing Mission
Our journey taught us that true healing often starts where mainstream medicine leaves off — with knowledge, faith, and the freedom to explore natural options.
That’s why we created this website and wrote our programs:
To give people hope, answers, and tools rooted in science and real-life success.
We continue to support those who want to take a more informed, natural approach to health — especially when it comes to difficult infections like MRSA and Staph.
Thank you for visiting.
We’re here to encourage, equip, and walk alongside you on your journey to better health.
Warmly,
Michelle & Les Moore
