"Effective MRSA Staph Treatment Options and Support Since 2008"

Renewed hope for the New Year

I know it’s challenging to be upbeat or optimistic when your in the throws of dealing with a Staph or MRSA infection. However, with 2012 at the door, it’s the perfect time to consider what you want and who you want to be in the year ahead. Some people say we are the result of our past, or that we are driven by our past. But I believe we are being pulled into our future by our choices, attitudes and intentions.

Focusing your intention can be more powerful than any New Year’s resolution. It engages something outside of and more powerful than yourself.

One of the biggest factors in the healing process is your attitude. Your thoughts, feelings and intentions can have a huge effect on your immune system. When you have negative thoughts, your body’s acupuncture system (its energy system) loses power. In contrast, positive thoughts and feelings strengthen your acupuncture system and promote the healing process.

The good news is you get to choose how you feel about things and what your intentions are. Most people think that how you feel is caused by something “out there” in the world. Actually, the opposite is true. Your attitudes, beliefs and what how you choose to feel can bring about what you experience in the world and in your health.

I encourage you to believe that things can and will get better and that what you think does makes a difference

So I encourage you to choose hope if you’ve struggled with a Staph or MRSA infection or any other illness or challenges. While 2011 may have held challenges for you, set your intentions to expect something better in 2012.

To your best health,
Michelle
